I was stranded on I-20 and this tow company truly came through when I needed help the most. They arrived quickly, were professional, and immediately put me at ease during a stressful situation. The driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and handled my vehicle with care. Communication was clear from start to finish, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and would 100% recommend them to anyone who finds themselves stuck on the side of the road. Called them on Sunday 11/30 after dark car had broke down and Ryan stated he was on a call but would come afterwards or send someone else. Mr Clay showed up and put my son and I at ease he was wonderful and kind and so knowledgeable. We felt safe and they also gave us a great price and wonderful service when I had called others in that area that were rude and not accommodating at all! I cannot give them enough five stars!

My daughters Jeep broke down on her way to Aiken. I was 45 minutes away. I called Broke-N-Tow, LLC and spoke to Ryan. He gave me a fair price and within 20 minutes he arrived to pick up the Jeep. He even stayed with my daughter until her friend who lived closer was able to pick her up. He arrived right on time with my Jeep at my mechanics shop. If I ever need another tow I will DEFINITELY use Broke-N-Tow, LLC.

I had a tire blowout tonight on a completely dark road where there wasn’t a lot of room to pull off to the side where we would be safe. I called my USAA roadside assistance number for help. After an hour wait, they said that they had contacted a towing company and that they would be there in 20-30 minutes max. After waiting another hour and a half, I called again, only to find out that they never gave the towing company any information on how to reach me to find out my location. USAA gave me the name and number of this business for me to contact myself since they had dropped the ball. 20 minutes after I spoke to Broke-n-tow, they arrived to help, apologizing for taking so long and for not knowing how to find us.
