Broken Arrow Hitch & Trailer Service

Absolutely great experience with Broken Arrow hitch. They installed our Blue Ox base plate, supplemental braking system, battery disconnect and RVi power on a tow vehicle. I started speaking with Roger, their Blue Ox expert, maybe a month before my actual installation. He was patient with my many calls while I tried to work out all the details and confirm everything. I was coming in from out of town, and he allowed me to ship a base plate directly to him. Anyway, they only need about a week's notice to get me on the schedule, and they were able to take care of the hook up for our 2024 Trailblazer over a two-day insulation. I was looking for a Stealth Hitch for my X5 and after calling around finally found that Roger and his team would order and install the hitch which was done very well with great explination of how to remove and install (a bit tricky to be honest). A few month later I was attempting to remove the hitch and it would not come out so I visited and they found there was a manufacturers defect and ordered a replacement. Stealth Hitch was not responsive but Roger kept on it and finally had to order a full replacement. We swapped out the hitch itself and good to go. Truly appreciate the dedication to getting it done.
