Broken Wheel Auto Parts-Wrecking

Honestly have no complaints, took a chance on the engine we bought from Al and so far it's been as advertised. Him and his son seem like genuine people just trying to run a good business. As far as I can tell the negative reviews are from those expecting this to be like dealing with a large corporatation and not what it is, making a deal with a dude.

hey guys, I can’t leave much of a review because I was never serviced. I called and then was transferred and no one ever picked up. I called again and the phone kept ringing so I went elsewhere.!! It said that overall customer service for parts at most companies is horrible but down at Eagles on Miles I got what I needed.!

Great people to deal with. Al the owner is awesome and very helpful. I needed a fuel tank and I drove all the way from Columbus to Cleveland to get it and it was exactly as described as well as fairly priced. Thanks guys

Sooooo, these people are Incompetent. Just so I knew . I went in and my friend called I recorded them just hanging the phone up on them three times .. really that's what you do to your Potential. Clients. Okay got it .
