I went to Brondes, just to look at an Edge I inquired about online. After meeting Kraig, I ended up buying the vehicle the same day. I was never bombarded with multiple emails and texts before my appointment. I was met with kindness; there was no pressure to buy, and Kraig was extremely honest and kind.
