Brookdale Broadmoor

I highly recommend working with Ginger at Brookdale Broadmoor! She is extremely knowledgeable on all things Senior Living! She made the process seamless, when looking into Assisted Living Communities. She took the time to answer all our questions, and walk us through the whole process. We also met the cook, who was just as lovely 🤍 I feel very comfortable leaving my parents in their care. We had the best experience!

Beautiful place and very clean and well kept up. We worked with Ginger @ Brookdale Broadmoor. Ginger was helpful, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about all the different phases a parent or family member may need for senior living, in my case if was memory care for my mom and her kitty KiKi. It's a beautiful place. Inviting outside area. Very secured living. Most of the staff were very kind and caring. Julie is exceptional. Very patient with my Mom. They are or were very understaffed. They do their best. It's a new way of life for my parents. I live 1200 miles away so I'm trusting in the staff to care for my parents. Cheryl G

I called this facility to see if they accepted Medicaid and if they had a room available for my mother. I was told yes to both these questions. I explained the situation with my mother. She is in a facility in Pueblo and I wanted her closer to me here in the Springs I also explained that she has no money and that the facility she is in now takes her pension and social security and that Medicaid pays the balance for her monthly costs. This was all fine, and I scheduled a tour of the facility. The place is really nice. The staff were very friendly, it was clean and comfortable. The residents were happy and friendly and the room they had available was absolutely perfect for my mother.
