Brookdale Fayetteville

I cannot say enough good things about Brookdale Fayetteville. Both of my parents reside there and have very different needs from one another. The staff really understands what each of them requires. They are treated with kindness and compassion. I couldn’t be happier with the care they are receiving.

I want to complement Matthew Chamberlin, Clare Bridge Program Coordinator, for his wonderfully positive heart warming warmth and care he gives all of the residents!! I am especially appreciative and grateful for his individual time and attention to encouraging residents to participate in group activities. My elderly mother would just nap in her room most of the day without staff coming to her and letting her know that they are thinking about her and missing her. Matthew is one of the staff who do this. Thank you to Brookdale for providing the staff the time and flexibility to reach out to individual residents in this way. It really makes all of the difference between just surviving vs actually thriving.

I have found the Brookdale Fayetteville management and staff to be committed in their care to my mom. I feel included in discussions for her care, informed when I need to be, and when I visit, the atmosphere is good. The staff is professional and caring. It's a relief to know she is being cared for well, honored and respected even as a memory care resident.

Fantastic place! The activities they do with my mom are so great. Every hour they have something fun and interactive going on. Matthew in activities is always pleasant and smiling. My mothers care-aide Heather is helpful whenever we need her. They provide wonderful care

My wife was a resident for 8 months, before moving her to new location closer to my son. The people at Brookdale were always so helpful to both my wife and myself. Whenever I had a question or concern they always responded in a most professional manner. My wife felt very close to so many of the aides nurses and the excellent management team led by Denise Root. Thanks for all you did for her during her stay.
