Brookdale Niagara has been amazing! The staff treats my grandmother with love and respect. She was angry when she moved in but the staff were so good to her and she came around to enjoy the activities and her time at Brookdale. So many places are just terrible but Brookdale is wonderful. You can feel good trusting your loved one to their care.

Brookdale Niagara Memory Care is the Best. When I knew I couldn't take care of my loved one at home anymore and didn't know where to turn Brookdale was there to help get the care I needed for my loved one. They have an incredible staff who treat you and your loved one with caring,respect,and dignity . It takes a special kind of person to deal with Alzheimer’s patients and each one of the staff there are Angels on earth. When it was time to introduce my wife to Brookdale, I had many reservations and concerns. I knew that she needed the safety and care that only a memory care facility could provide. I dreaded the day that I would be dropping her off, but the staff at Brookdale alleviated so much of my anxiety by being so welcoming and personable to my wife on that day. They made this transition so seemless for us. I now think of Brookdale as a community of friends; the staff and the residents alike. I am so glad to have my wife cared for at Brookdale, and I always look forward to visiting. Brookdale is a very special place.

Brookdale Memory Care in Tonawanda, Western New York, is an excellent, clean and caring facility that tries very hard to keep the place home-like and pleasant. The team of staff that are caring for patients are very caring, available and patient. This is very important when caring for Alzheimer's and Dementia patients.
