I found this place by chance. I was going to the pew pew range to buy accessories and my check engine light came on. I brought my Gray Kia Optima here and ask for a code check. I got the code a diagnostic, estimate and repair time. My car was repaired early and it didn’t crack the bank or drain my wallet. Great customer service, no one spoke to me with unnecessary auto-mechanic jargon. Everyone here is a straight shooter. I will always get my car fixed here!!

If you are like me & don’t know where or how to find a mechanic you can trust - my search ended with Brookly Ignition Co. & your’s should too!!! Once I contacted Keith & Dan, they were very transparent & extremely helpful over the phone with the issues I was experiencing. They definitely gained my trust with their honesty. In addition to that, they were very quick, very efficient, very thorough & very trustworthy. This business definitely took great care of me & found solutions for my issues. It’s nice to know there are great mechanics out there that are extremely friendly, reasonable & all around good people like this!!!

Referred here by my son & I have to say I was very surprised overall! I went to the same mechanic for years before they retired & closed their shop. Being a bit older I was hesitant looking for a new mechanic. I must say that I am very glad I was referred here by my son & I decided to give them a try, I was thoroughly impressed… Looking for & finding a trustworthy mechanic/company can be hard & stressful. Needless to say, they gained my business from now on… Thanks Keith!!!

Amazing company has helped me and my siblings with our foreign cars Volkswagen/ Subaru ect… couldn’t have asked for anything more great ppl with very big hearts !!

I was at a Gas station on Rockside Road in independence this morning with a tire that was dangerously low. I asked a young man who was getting gas, to help me fill it using the air machine. This person was the nicest, most helpful individual that I was lucky enough to encounter. He gave me his card for Brooklyn Ignition and said if I had any problems on the way back to call them and they would help. Wow! I can only imagine what great customer service they provide to their customers. He was terrific, and I greatly appreciate him taking the time.
