Drove out from the Palm springs area to look at jeeps. Other dealerships were trying to rip me off or sold the Jeep I was scheduled to come test drive. I ended up at Brooks auto center where I could not have received better service. C.J. was quick and friendly with the greeting. He did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. Small crew here that is more concerned with your satisfaction than a sale. Their prices were already below other places for a similar vehicle. I'd been shopping SUVs since February and found a nice Highlander at Brooks Auto Center in late May. I made an appt with CJ to check it out and showed up to kick the tires and take a drive. I liked the car, but it had a few issues that I told him probably wouldn't fly with my wife. I left and went looking elsewhere, but that evening he called me and asked if I would be interested in the car if they fixed the rough spots? I said "YES, BUT ... my wife has to see it and 'okay' it first, since it will be hers." Next day, we showed up and he gave her all the space she wanted (she really doesn't like "salesmen") to sit and check out the interior and walk around it... Brooks Auto Center was the right place to do business with. Walked in meeting CJ on a Sunday afternoon looking at purchasing a gt500. Saw a rare Camaro ZL1 sitting next to it and asked to get things moving. Quickly and with the upmost professionalism, deal was done the same afternoon within hours... Everything that was guaranteed was met with follow ups to check in on satisfaction. Brooks is the place to get a car being treated like family. If I have friends or family looking for a vehicle this will be the place I'll refer to.
