The bad: if your vehicle is considered a aged unit (not brand new) then dont expect quality service. They le left screws out of my dash and had wires backwards. I had to take it to a diffrent shop I took my truck in for 2 recalls and the lady that helped me was great. She has a sweet attitude but the shop guys and quality of the work is a thumbs down.

Honest Service Department, competitive prices, Awesome Sales People. This team will go out of their way to help anyone in need! If you're looking for a vehicle, you cant beat their prices! I have had a lot of service work done to my truck and they never disappoint!

Went in for recall work, 2 tires, and an alignment. Scheduled for a drop off and pick later in the day, no problems. My issue arises in hidden charges and lack of communication about said charges. Before the service I expected tire disposal fees which was included, but I was charged for a Supplies and/or hazardous waste removal. I called and asked Tonya in the service department about the charge and she stated that is a FEE PUT ON EVERY TICKET for shop supplies and couldnt tell me anything else about it. Needless to say no matter what the problem I'll go the extra miles just to avoid this place.

I hate this place. I bought my car from them in 2014. It was a 2012 Nissan rogue. They were over priced compared to other dealers, and the service department is terrible. For instance, I had my oil changed and they did an inspection that is routine. They gave me the sheet showing everything they had checked, to include the tread on my tires. A couple of weeks after this inspection and maintenance my tire almost blew out. It was in terrible condition for some unknown reason with no blame attributed to them because yeah it happens. They told me they could have me a new tire in 24 hrs. So, I agreed. They also added that it would be in my best interest to replace all four tires because the rest of them were in such terrible condition as well. Now, why would they have checked the tread on my ti

Worst Service ever!!! I will “Never” Use this Place for anything else, Never again! And , I personally Would Not recommend this place at all. I was charged a Fee for something that was never discussed with me before hand, and told something totally different when mentioned. And two of the women there attitudes Stink’ , They have just Lost a good Customer and in my opinion they don’t even care. From my own experience, Never’ again!!!
