Brooks Circle Wreckers

Our insurance company contacted Brooks Circle towing because a relative had parked their electric car in our driveway and the battery died. That family member had had a medical emergency and was hospitalized and we knew nothing about electric cars. When Brooks Circle towing came out, they were very honest that they could not tow the vehicle unless we bought and purchased a battery. The insurance company had charged us $85 to send them out there and then they refused to give our money back. I called Brook Circle and the gentleman that I spoke with was extremely nice and immediately offered to mail us a refund check. In recent years, my experience with businesses has been if they offer to reimburse, they often do not. But three days later, there was a check in my mailbox. We will definitely

Blew a sidewall on my tire and called for service. They promptly picked up the phone and had a driver there in 30 minutes. They were awesome from the answering of the phone to the drop off. Unlike other places that take advantage of your situation, their price I thought was more than fair. Would give more than five stars. Highly recommend. Thank You guys!

It’s never a good day when you need a wrecker, but Brooks makes it better. Very professional people and quick. I had to wait a bit since they were finishing another call, but they kept me informed and up to date. Their driver, I believe his name was Cody, great guy, he’s friendly, good at what he does, and he seems to enjoy what he does which makes him that much better to deal with. If you ever need a wrecker service, Brooks Circle should be your first and hopefully only call.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Best all around. On scene quick and had me back on the road in a flash. From the time I called until the time I was pulling back onto the road was 30 minutes. The driver was very nice and professional. Thank you. Stay safe out there.

The tow truck driver was there within 15 minutes of me placing the order and was super efficient and very nice. He gave us a ride home with our car and even moved tree branches out of the way in our driveway. He definitely went above and beyond. He was also very knowledgeable about cars and what may be wrong with mine. Excellent service!!
