Brooks Industrial Tire Repair

Called to try and schedule a roadside tire repair on a semi trailer at a local hotel for when my husband arrived, was told she would need to call me back because she wasn’t sure if anyone was working although the advertise 24/7. An hour later she calls back, stating they don’t have a used tire, first off that wasn’t the issue and I don’t even recall giving her a tire size... I expressed I made other arrangements because I couldn’t leave him stranded on the side of the road. She wanted to argue, “what do you mean stranded on the side of the road”, you said he was going to a hotel.. I said yes and theoretically would be stuck there and not able to load tomorrow if he didn’t have it fixed and time wasn’t on my side with everyone closing.. she hung the phone up on me. Very rude and unprofessio

While making our way to New Orleans to catch a cruise ship, our tire caught a nail on the interstate. It was after hours on a Saturday. We called several numbers looking for help and Brooks was the first to answer. Our sweet knight in shining armor met us, plugged the tire, and sent us on our way with a smile on his face the whole time. He saved our long-planned vacation from disaster and made us laugh despite the stress of an unexpected hiccup in our plans. Can’t rate this company highly enough! :)

Wanted to charge me $200 to replace a tire that I had already the only service i needed from them was to put it on. Just left from Loves it was $80 there. Can’t believe it and this is my home town I’ve supported them throughout the years but never again!!!!

Great customer service and very friendly unfortunately I was sold a trailer tire instead of truck tire didn’t realize it until I got to Chicago while switching trailers called them about the issue and was told Mr Curtis would call me never received a call I won’t deal with them again
