Brookstone Senior Apartments

My mother passed away while living at these apartments, and instead of handling the situation with compassion or professionalism, management chose to send a deceased person to collections—fully aware that she had passed away. At no point was the lease “broken early,” nor was it extended, yet they still attempted to collect payment after her death. This was extremely distressing for our family during an already painful time. A senior living facility should show empathy, respect, and ethical responsibility, especially when a resident passes away. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

To describe this place in one word... LUXURIOUS!!! Even the halls and elevators have such a exquisite, elegant look... not to mention the sensational smell of sweet lavender and pine throughout! Such a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere.

The location. The building is always clean. The rooms are a nice size especially the bathrooms. More space than I expected. The bathtub is nice to soak in. I could go on . But I'm really grateful I was able to get in.
