Very friendly staff, they offered free coffee, snacks, water and tv. They even have the sweetest kitty that will come curl up in your lap. The price was reasonable and my car is running much better now. I didn’t have enough to pay the full price so they gave me an itemized list so I can get all the issues fixed at a later date. Overall, it was a cheap and fun experience. I would definitely recommend Brookwood Automative and return if I have any further issues.

It’s refreshing to have a place to take your car and you know they have your best interest in mind. Hard to come by these days. I took my car to Brookwood because everyone else was quoting 8-10k did what I needed done. They did it for a fraction of the cost and all in one day. I’ll be back for all of my mechanic needs that’s for sure!

Great experience. The staff was professional and courteous. They were quick to make the repairs needed on my truck and gave me a full detail report of everything completed, as well as what they recommended be repaired. I will be using them for all my future repairs.

My service from online appt to picking my vehicle up was seamless. They communicated with me throughout the process and let me know the details. I had steering and suspension repair, the difference on control of the steering is much tighter along with the suspension that gives a much smoother ride. Jerry

Mike and his team at Brookwood Automotive are amazing. They are straight with you and no bs. I truly appreciate that my front brakes are good now. When I brought my vehicle in you could hear my vehicle coming down the road my brakes were so bad. Plus they gave me a shuttle ride home after dropping my car off and a ride back to the shop to pick it up. Customer Service is top tier. Thank you Mike and the team that helped us out.
