Very bad experience with this shop. Since this shop is operated by a couple of brothers nobody takes responsibility for the bad work they do. They returned my car with a lot white hand prints on my door panel and shoe prints on my floor mats...I was not happy about it. The HEMI letters on my car were removed by them and put back with the letters going side ways...took it back to them and they tried to put them back but they still couldn't get it right. They also forgot to put back some retainer clips on the plastic that covers underneath the left side fender. Not happy about that either. I also feel like they were driving my car around because when it dropped of my car it had 38miles of gas in the tank and when I picked it up after 2 days it only had 17miles left on the tank. Got my car done here from my accident car had some minor damages but Brothers Collision made it into a brand new car. At first when they were done with my car I didn't believe it was mine but they made it happen a car that got damaged they made it into a brand new car that just came out of the dealer so if you're deciding to take your car here take your business here and they give great professional and quality thank you Alex and the team over Brothers Collision thank you .

I took my car there to have them repair the quarter panel, rear door and the rear wheel. I asked this guy, Alex, how much he would charge to fix the scratches on all the wheels and he said he'll include it in the estimated price. He asked me to bring it next week on Monday so that he could order the parts ahead of time and have it done sooner. I dropped it off on Monday and he said it would be done by the end of the week. I called him on Thursday to see how it's going and he was talking vaguely saying that he just got the parts. I'm like ok, no big deal. I'd call him every few days to ask if he knows how much longer it's gonna take and he wouldn't give me a straight answer. Long story short, it took about a month for him to finish the job.
