Brothers Repair Shop

Best bodyshop in NY. They do not only a very professional and fine work, giving you back your car as it was before the accident.. but , and more importantly, they deliver what they promise abt timing abd costs. That’s my recent experience. A particular shout out to Juhn, who’s also grate on guiding you through the insurance process.

When I got into an accident a few weeks ago, I wasn't sure what to do. My friend recommended that I go to Brothers Repair Shop. Ana and John helped me through the insurance process and all I had to do was text the adjuster once. I dropped off the car, got a rental car at enterprise 3 blocks away was back home in an hour. In two weeks, I pretty much got a brand new car back. It was a very smooth and supportive experience. Thanks for the great work!

My car had some minor damage in the rear bumper and I stopped by Brothers Repair Shop last week. The team there was very professional. They fixed the dent and repainted the bumper in just a day. They also cleaned the car inside and out before I picked it up. Great work and customer service. I would certainly come back again.

This repair shop is not worth it at all. If I could I would give this place -5 stars. Last month I had a minor accident, the Koeppel Hyundai servicing department manager and her staff spot on northern boulevard recommended this repair shop to me and I trusted them. We went here and they did an oil change and had to replace a tiny spot on the front bumper and charged $12,300 for this. Not to mention my car is a new car and we only bought it a few months ago. They took out brand new parts to replaced it and we didn’t had any option saying no to them , when we saw our total of expense, we went there to say no to them. They already painted my car and removed all the parts Without me knowing.They didn’t leave us any other option so we were forced to agree with their plan. It took almost a month

I do not recommend this shop; too many issues after spending 20k+ on repairs--misaligned bumpers (gaps), polish burn in the clear coat...just too many issues.
