I have known Benjamin since 2021, he’s taken the initiative to work on several cars from close people of mine over the years for repairing services done by him and his team. In the past I never had issues however, i guess a lot has changed since then. based off the impression Ben left me from my recent service is that his dedication and commitment has drastically decreased. Getting in contact with him has become challenging and unprofessional. I had my car picked up by his C&B Towing truck, taken to his shop to advise me on the things that need to be repaired. with the intention on getting it fixed, my license plates remained attached at the time he took it. I have to say, This place is ready for anything and everything! The tow service is reliable and time efficient, very speedy and professional ! Ben is very honest which is rare to find in mechanics and he hits all basis making sure the vehicle was safe too; I’ve had engine work, cosmetic fixes and soon to have more work done. I would recommend to anyone!

Love this place! Ben is the best mechanic around. I come from Smithtown to Bayshore because he is that good. He is honest and trustworthy. He is reliable and available at anytime of day or night . His 24 hour service is great! If you want a reliable honest mechanic this is the only place to bring your car!!!

I have always been skeptical about mechanics but Ben fixed up 2 of my cars for half the price another mechanic was charging. He was fair, honest and didnt take advantage. Whenever I call he always says "come right in" and accommodates me. I couldn't be more grateful for services!
