I've been using BBAS for about a year for two vehicles. I had outstanding experience with them! The team was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They diagnosed my car’s issue quickly and provided a fair estimate with no hidden fees. The repairs were done efficiently, and my vehicle runs great! Their customer service is top-notch, and they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto repairs. Awesome team!!!

It’s Monday 4/7/2025 approximately 8:30am as I am writing this review. I got up here at 8:15am and have been patiently waiting to see if anyone would be here to do my front brakes. It is quiet as a mouse and nobody here. I can’t comment on their service because there’s no one here. I came here based off of reviews but nevertheless there operation hours are not in line with what’s posted. Maybe next time I’ll come a little later and if the service is good I’ll change this rating. Time is 8:35am as I leave to find another shop that’s open on time.

Customer service was good, but have been trying to get in contact with someone for two days now. Work was done on my son’s car was told it was fixed. Son went back to college in Rome Ga and called and told me his car was leaking fluid now and smoke was coming from the hood. Called to see what could be done, phone was busy all day called the next day no answer. Should’ve listen to my first mind and took it to the dealership.

Great service all around! My car was having problems, no service light came on so wasn’t sure at what the problem was. went here to get my car serviced and they diagnosed my car, had the water pump needing replacement. They charged a fair price and are trustworthy. I will definitely be a returning customer. Even with a busy shop my car was in and out with in a few days! 10/10

Jay has been such a pleasure to deal with for my dads car. Every time he has provided service for my dad, he makes it extremely convenient. It can be difficult to find mechanics that you can trust, but Jay has always been honest. He also takes great pride and concern in his business reputation. Thank you to Jay and his entire staff!
