Yesterday I had gotten a flat tire at Brown county State Park as I was leaving had to pull over the car due to the flat and I had started walking to the nearest gas station when I seen this shop when I went inside they already knew I had a flat tire and had a crew of people working on it already before I have even gotten into the shop. These people are unbelievably kind and considerate and was already working on my vehicle before I have even gotten there. I would recommend this place to anyone and all the staff are phenomenal literally had three different individuals working as a team to get me back on the road and my family back home blessed to have people like this in our community.

While dropping of groceries to someone, I slipped off their driveway due to the snow had not been shoveled, the homeowner called Brown County and Tire, the tow truck driver hooked up my car and struggled to get me back on the driveway which I had not gotten that far off, but he kept sliding himself and spinning his tires to a point his truck jerked my car while his truck was sliding off the driveway on the otherside, with more yanking he was able straighten my car up I immediately noticed my car not steering correctly to a point we struggled getting my car to back up down the rest of the driveway. The tow was $95 which I have a receipt for and bank statement since the owner wants to say otherwise and I paid over phone with the phone on speaker the tow driver held my door till she confirm
