Needed a tow from I-81 at 10pm, dispatcher was great. Brandon arrived within 30 minutes. Very professional and pleasant. Did a great job loading our vehicle. He even sent me a picture when he delivered it to our auto shop. Highly recommend!!

I could not be more grateful for this company. Our work truck blew A tire as it was getting dark And we were on the side of 81 which was super dangerous. They came out quickly and got our truck hoisted right up before it even got dark and Had it towed right back to our office. The gentleman who came to get our truck was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Their response time was phenomenal and the process was easy. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service. I was stranded on the side of 77 heading up the mountain in WV in my motorhome. First tow truck couldn't tow me, but Brown and Sons had the right equipment for the job. Went above and beyond in all respects. Can't thank them enough for really showing up.

Had a bad blowout on 81 in a dangerous spot and they were there really fast. Driver was phenomenal. Couldn't have been a better experience. Will definitely call them again if I need a tow.
