Very honest!! I will NOT take my vehicles anywhere else-especially to the local Honda dealership that make commissions on getting you to fix unneeded repairs. Brownie’s has saved me lots of money!

After my previous "go to" shop got busier and last full checkup missed some very important things. I took a recommendation to try brownies. I called on Monday and they got me in same day. I wasted 45 minutes of a techs time before they finally had me drive around for 20 min to re-create the fault. I managed to cause the problem again and they found the clutch on my ac compressor had gone up in literal smoke. I thanked them for their diagnosis and wanted to pay them, 45 minutes of work should have been at least $50 for a diagnosis like this. But no, the owner just waved his hand and said it was fine. Had my truck diagnosed there , turns out it was one of my brand new toyota spark plugs , I had just replaced I would have never figured that out and they did not price gouge me which I thought was admirable so thank you , gratitude and highly recommend 😊

The owner of this business is the rudest person I ever met with a nasty attitude.. and the worst part he smiles like a D bag. I went up there to get my businesses car fixed and he wrote out a 1500$ estimate without actually driving the car himself. He said it had new struts when the car hasn't been touched in 2 years.. he didn't address the electrical issue.. but he said it needed a steering rack when it has electronic power steering and that wasn't the issue. He was also bad mouthing other customers when I walked in.. then blamed cyber attacks as to why he couldn't order the parts for the car that it didn't need anyways. I tried to talk to him but his response was "Ive been doing this a long time I'm stupid" lol what a joke.. take your car to andes car center you'll thank me later
