As many can attest, this last snowstorm was extremely challenging for both small and large plowing companies. It was a tough one. I called Brownie’s (Hilario's) on Monday evening when my husband got stuck in a difficult spot. They were inundated with calls at the time and asked me to reach back out on Tuesday. After we tried unsuccessfully to get out ourselves, I called again—and within less than an hour they were in Kent with a heavy-duty wrecker to help us. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. He even made sure we were fully able to get out of the driveway before he left. Friendly sn fast service .. the tow driver Tom was very helpful an polite went above an very beyond.. he made sure I was safe an worked fast to get me off the Rd n not in harms way !!

Browning Towing’s services are astronomicallly over priced and approved by the state of Connecticut. I feel for anyone getting their car towed by this company. Besides the normal towing and hookup of the vehicle $150 ish and $26 for daily storage. They charge $450 dollars per hour to pick up debris of the road Over $650 to release the vehicle in a two day period. It’s insane

This place is the most thieving place I have ever seen!! They changed 3 tires on me. (I brought my own tires so the price of the tires was not included in the bill) and they changed an air hose. Anywhere else would take 2 hours to do that job. These people charged me almost $900!! Just to change the tires. That is a clear rip off. The owner writes the bill and disappears so the customer has no one to complain to and the employees just say they are employees. These types of people who make a living ripping others off have to pay for their actions somehow. I hope you don't get to enjoy the money you stole from me.

Low class thief’s who charged my wife while I wasn’t home $460 doller to move my truck that slide off the drive way 10feet even if it’s a emergency I would not hire this company
