My experience here has been all around phenomenal. I had to have my front end repaired after a deer collision and my experience here has been great. The repairs took longer than anticipated, but I believe that was entirely due to insurance part requirements and that was explained and communicated to me while my vehicle was being repaired. As soon as the final parts were received, they were installed within the day. While there were a few hiccups, it has been very easy to communicate and have any minor fixes done after returning. Very rarely are businesses so friendly that you'd be willing to go out of your way, but customer service here has been just that. I found myself actually enjoying getting to call Browns with the kindness of the lady at the desk. Even being almost an hour and a half

I had D/Side rocker panel an cab corner replaced on my 2004 f-150 an it look remarkable when finished,very pleased with there service,this was January 2019 now its June 2022 still looks great,thank you. Browns !!

Truly professional and friendly service. They have obvious expertise working with insurance companies to get our car repaired as fast and painless as possible for us. The workmanship was impeccable, the car looks better than before the accident. This accident happened several hours from home for us and was a nerve wracking situation until we met these guys. I never worried about my car after meeting them and leaving it in their care. They even saved us in out of pocket expenses, not a rating high enough to express how pleased I am with them
