Stuck in the coldest weather travelling from Atlanta. Battery needed replacing. Our Ford Escape has a nightmare battery placement and it was 0 degrees outside. John went above and beyond to pull the old battery and replace it with a new one. He is fair with his pricing and wicked good at customer service.

Carl was a life saver! My daughter and I were heading to her taekwondo event when our tire popped exiting the hwy. after realizing I didn’t have the tools the put a spare on, we were fortunate Browns was just a mile away from us. We headed over there but didn’t see anyone. Gave the number a call and Carl was able to stop back and helped up us get back on the road to get our tire replace.
