Tried Brown's following a disappointing visit to another auto service provider. They were able to diagnose the issue and performed the repair and I had my vehicle back quickly. Regarding the repair, so far, great and they provided me a 3yr/36000mi warranty on repair so I feel that alone is better than many other mechanics. Staff was extremely friendly and professional.

I asked for the AAA 40-point inspection on my 2006 Subaru Forester. I got a thorough report, with photos, and estimates for the several things it needs if I keep it. No pressure at all to sell the services. Darrell was super helpful and took lots of time explaining things. He also offered a pre-purchase inspection service if I look for a used car. Very happy with my visit!

I am so very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism and transparency of the team at Browns in Rio Rancho. They did a comprehensive inspection and broke it down into urgent,what we can monitor and good quality of my truck. This is beyond helpful when making a decision to get work done. After dining me a document with pictures and explanations they called me to explain everything and answer all my questions. I felt like I was able to ask questions with out bothering them. The guys at Browns Automotive Repair on Golf course are amazing!! I have a 2016 Jeep JKU with over 140000 miles. Needless to say, there was a lot of work to be done to get my Jeep back to tip top shape… tires, shocks, transmission fluid change and so on and so forth. These gentlemen did an outstanding job and I am pleased to say that my Jeep is now in spectacular shape. Thank you gents and I will be seeing you guys again in another 20000 miles. If you are a Jeep owner like myself then I highly recommend this shop.

I really loved the man working the counter with the little Boston terrier. Absolutely adorable! The man was very kind to me, and understanding of my situation. I wish I could remember his name, but I simply cannot. They finished my car before the allotted time was up. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because my dash lights were turned all the way down, and I have really, really bad vision; especially at night. I didn’t realize they were down until it was dark. I could not remember where the knob for them was. Then, luckily, since I can see with my hands in the dark I was able to find it and turn them up. But it gave me a bit of a scare. But still they did a really good job on my alignment; and I would definitely go back for service. Also, I’ll check my dash lights strai
