Had a terrible experience here. I got my car back and the work they did was horrible( missed dents, misaligned hood, fisheyes in the paint), when i asked them to fix it they told me it wasnt their problem and i would have to deal with it. I had to get my insurance company to force them to fix it and they sent it to the shop in columbia to fix it correctly. This whole ordeal lasted almost 2.5 months. I will never use this company again.

Got my truck serviced here, they were quick professional, and amazing to work with! Would highly recommend.

We moved our 2014 Ford Fiesta to Brown's after another shop wanted to take the roof off to repair damage to the rear wheel well/fender. Brown's kept us informed, worked with us while we dealt with a difficult insurance company (their customer, a local electric cooperative, had admitted fault), and delivered a car that looked as good as or better than before the damage. Tim Ross was a model of patience and professionalism, always courteous, helpful, and friendly. Taylor took good care of us when we picked up the car. I highly recommend them.

Our sons Forerunner was just shy of being totaled by a deer. Browns worked seamlessly with our insurance to get it repaired. The repaired area looks good as new. We greatly appreciated how clean our car was upon pickup.

I backed out my wife's Audi and partially knocked off this mirror. Chris looked at the damage and assessed a new assembly was needed. Well 30 minutes into polishing out a mark on the other side his body guy had fixed the mirror, connecting the wires and setting it to work. This extra effort saved me $3,200!!
