Brown's Towing & Road Service

The crew at Brown's is incredible. I was on day 1 of a 2 week road trip starting in the Phienix AZ area when I had an accident and bent both my axles in Monument Valley Utah. Browns came with a flatbed trailer to haul my rig back to their shop. When we arrived at the shop their crew immediately came started taking measurements to get parts ordered for repairs. Everyone at Browns was professional and friendly. They had my rig repaired in under a week. I was able to continue on my vacation to Colorado and picked my trailer up on my way back to Arizona a week later. They had my trailer ready when they said it would be, no hidden fees or unexpected problems. I would absolutely recommend Brown's to anyone in their area. Great, great, great service. Dale, the owner, grasped our situation immediately, worked with triple A to resolve some confusion on their part, and sent Brad a very skilled and affable man to load up the car. Additionally there was room for all three of us in the pick up to get us home 200 miles away. Kudos to Brown’s Towing! - an unequivocal five stars to them.

Would not hesitate to call Dale and his team again- though I hope I never have to. Was stuck in mud on a remote road a couple of hours from their shop. They were professional, helpful, and knew what they were doing. Super appreciative that they were able to get me out of a stressful situation.
