Everyone at Brown’s West Branch Ford was great to work with. Matt was my salesperson and he made the buying a used truck experience as easy as it could be. No pressure and a great listener. It actually took longer to buy a cell phone from Verizon than it did to buy a vehicle from Browns. Matt was very thorough in explaining all the options on my truck. I can’t imagine having a better experience buying a truck than what I did with Browns. I would 100% buy from Browns again and I will be recommending Browns to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Great experience from start to finish. We inquired on Monday about a vehicle we saw on auto trader knowing this dealership was 5 hours away. From Matt in sales to Nicholas in financing to Bob who delivered my vehicle on Friday to my driveway, everyone communicated and answered all our questions in a timely manner.
