Brownsville Body Shop

Extremely rude, even cruel. Prejudiced, presumptuous. Was judged based on my appearance and not treated like a person. I was polite, all I did was ask for gas, park off to the side to check a suspected flat tire, and then drive over to wait to ask for air in my tire. And I got treated like a suspicious person who wasn't to be trusted, just because of how I dress. They locked their doors and didn't service my tire, I ended up driving on the flat in attempts to get up the road to the dollar store to fix my tire but by that time the tire was destroyed. Driving on it is on me, but the horrible and upsetting "service" is on Brownsville Body Shop. Will not be returning.

My alternator belt shredded while driving on the freeway on a long trip home. We pulled into Brownsville less than hopeful as most places were closed new years day, but we just made it into town before my battery died and pulled into Brownsville Body Shop. There was only one worker there, Jacob, who offered to drive 20 miles out of town to pick up a new belt for us while we waited back at the shop. When he returned he put the belt on for us and got us back on the road. Total miracle, absolutely above and beyond service!! Thank you Jacob and Brownsville Body Shop! PS: Give Jacob a raise!!!

Brought my car in for service, they were polite and seemed to be up front. Picked up my car a few days later and drove it 4 miles and it broke down by the 76 gas station. Called them back to see what they could do, which was apparently nothing, not even a tow 1 mile to my home. After the $500+ dollars I spent for their mechanic to fix it I am extremely dissatisfied.

These dudes are rockstars! I needed to get a headlight replaced in my daughter's car. They got me right in and it took all of 12 minutes. The price was reasonable, too. Small town goodness! Thank you guys.

Disappointed. I drive a Ford deisel pickup, I'm very proud of it and I take good care of it. I pulled in and asked for a tank of diesel, not thinking much of it. 5 gallons later, I realized that E85 was going in the tank. I quickly hopped out and shut it off. I called the owner, who refused to have the tank pumped, promising that it WOULD NOT hurt the engine in any way. Not long after, we needed new fuel injectors. You tell me what the problem was...
