Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet Pre-Owned

BE WARNED THIS PLACE DOES THE BARE MINIMUM SERVICE ON USED BEFORE THEY HIT THE LOT. They WILL NOT help you and will simply cite “it passed inspection”. Inspector is their employee. Bought a truck here October 21st and I can’t recommend this dealer. The tires on the truck are very worn. They’re also cheap off brand. I mentioned several times seeing if they would put new tires on. I was told they don’t replace the tires if they pass inspection. All 4 tires measure 3/32 which is the state MINIMUM. That’s fine, whatever. Figured I can get through 6 months or so with them. What I didn’t expect was to find a plug in the front drivers side tire, in the sidewall where nobody will even repair it. Terrible ethics at this dealership I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. They do not care at all about you or practicing ethical business one bit. We worked a deal out of state from TN to purchase a vehicle. Not just a verbal agreement either. My husband offered to send the deposit, and we had buyers orders in hand. Friday an epic snowstorm was hitting, so Sedon our sales rep informed us they would not accept our deposit unless we were picking up the vehicle within 3 days. We asked them to make an exception since the only hold up was the fact that snowstorm 26' was hitting. Sedon ASSURED us on Friday that with the storm coming it wouldn't sell over the weekend, not to worry. My husband bought a plane ticket for this week, and we think we have purchased a vehicle. This was tough for me to do with this low rating at 1 star being a loyal customer for now 8 to 9 years with Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet Dealership of Fort Worth to where I had to tie in both of the Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet places of business off SW Loop 820, and California Pkwy N., since it's under the same business name, "Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet." Last year of 2023 was like pulling tooth, and nail to finally get put in a loaner vehicle when I humbly asked them for one pleading my case to them that I needed any vehicle to get from home to work while they were working on my personal truck that had transmission issues that wasn't drivable at all that had an extended warranty on.
