Customer Reviews
I really should have read the reviews before going to Olympia Nissan (BRUCE TITUS). I thought, what could possibly go wrong with a buyer's inspection on a Dodge. EVERYTHING when dealing with them. They first quoted me $170 for the inspection, however, that was not the truth. It actually costs $170 plus $17 for shop supplies. Second, the inspection consists of only the bare minimum. Meaning, they don't check spark plugs, electrical components, wires, etc. They put on the report "no codes found." However, 4 Trouble Codes were found but were cleared shortly before I purchased the vehicle and the car was not repaired. I know this because I purchased the OBDLink EX FORScan OBD Adapter ($59 but there are cheaper ones) and; Appcar DiagFCA account ($49). This revealed that Diagnostic Trouble Co
This business is an absolute nightmare. Had an incredibly stressful buying experience here purchasing a 2021 used subaru. Sales manager couldn't operate a PDF to check my credit and we had to sit around for 30 min to do a task that could have taken me 5 minutes. Couldn't wait to get out of that finance office after saying no for the millionth time to their scam maintenance programs. This used car dealership wasn't willing to negotiate on price-- but fine. Sure. We were in love with the car and we needed a new one so the fault is on me for not walking out. But the real stress starts a week after taking the car home. Within a week of buying this car It wouldn't start. Turns out? It was a dead battery. This dealership boasted about their vehicle inspections on their preowned cars but really?
Okay, yes, it is more expensive than going to a local mechanic that you have a good relationship with, however, it makes up that price difference by being really attentive and making your service experiences as convenient/painless as possible. One, they have a whole-bean-to-espresso machine in the lobby where you can grab a complimentary cup of jo (tea, hot coco, etc.) while you wait or to go. It makes lattes and it is reliably good! The service team and front desk peeps are super chill and very accommodating (where they can be, there are still strict dealership policies they have to abide by, but they do what they can where they can to make sure you leave happy.) Two, if you have to be stuck waiting for your car with your darling (wild) children then coming to Bruce Titus in Olympia is
I'm doing my oil change and other services for my Nissan here. Very well managed. I like that they're using an online page to suggest what should be repaired. The customer service is very good. The repair prices are very competitive. I also bought a Chevy from the Chevrolet dealership. The salespeople, of course, are trying to upsell on a lot of things, some of which I take as scams. But they take the time to give the right information.
Coming to the dealership, I was very skeptical. As most buyers are, I imagine, I tend to hate dealership environments. However, this was by far the best experience shopping for a car I have ever had. James Gazori was my salesmen, and he went above and beyond in getting me the frontier I was looking for. He did not put any pressure on the sale, and answered all questions openly and honestly. Highly recommend buying from James if you go! Jeff in finance was great as well. Again, I was not pressured into anything I did not want, and he was extremely patient. Sean, the sales manager, worked with approving the price that worked best for me and gave me the trade-in value I was looking for with my previous vehicle. Overall, they all made it a very comfortable buying experience, I cannot recommend
