Bruces Alignment & Repair

We always get our personal vehicles inspected there. Everyone is always nice. My husband needed his work Truck inspection done in the week we were home they we able to do the inspection and the work on it that it needed at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Bruce's Alignment.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I have to. The way they’ve treated a family member of mine has been the worse. Went in with 1 problem caused even more. Worse customer service lady at the front desk is always lost not knowing anything or smoking a cigarette. I could be wrong but I think more damaged was caused to the car then what it went in with . An let’s not forgot the short rude mechanic who has to make up for his little ego. Bad experience I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there even if the service was free

He looked at my car and told me exactly what I needed because everybody else was trying to cheat me so I appreciate his honesty

It was a awesome experience. My van drives so much better now. I had to get a front alignment. They did a great job. I will definitely be going back and recommending them as well. And it was a great price to!

While nice folks, they are very slow. I dropped my car off on a Monday, work didn't begin until Thursday, I needed my car back Friday which they knew before I dropped it off. They also charged me for an inspection that they forgot to do and did not find time to complete all the work I had requested due to "running out of time." They offered for me to come back but after the other reviews about timeliness and my own experience, I elected to go elsewhere. I probably will not return.
