This place sucks they do not have a place for a trailer. They do not want to help you out at all with their technicians on top of that. They’re closed on Sundays and they’re also closed at night so if you get here late at night, trying to get your truck worked on they’re not like other shops that have a night crew as well as a daytime crew. I would never bring my 18 wheeler here to get worked on again in Dallas, Texas in Irvine. I would find another place to go. This is the worst shop in the world to bring your 18 wheeler two do me a favor if you read this, never bring your 18 wheeler to this place.

I can’t recommend this service. It’s very expensive here. I went to replace my truck’s headlight and waited in line for 6 hours. When my turn came, they said the replacement would cost $2000. I refused, saying it was too expensive, and then they asked for $500 for diagnostics. I paid. I went to another service, and they replaced it for $450.

I purchased a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia from Bruckner Truck Sales under the clear representation that the vehicle was accident-free. Their sales representative explicitly stated that the truck was “clean,” had “never been in an accident,” that “trucks don’t have Carfax reports,” and that the dealership “does not sell accident-damaged trucks.” These representations turned out to be false. After purchase, I later discovered that the truck had a prior accident history which was concealed from me at the time of sale. In addition, I have had to deal with continuous mechanical issues, including repeated tire replacements, which would have been avoided had the dealership disclosed the truth about the vehicle’s condition. Truck went to shop Friday morning for diagnostic an was told the problem told them to go ahead an fix it they said the truck would be out Monday evening, I called Monday morning and was told Tuesday evening, an now they saying Wednesday morning because the tech called out.

I work with Clint Hearn. He’s sold me three tractor trailers in last year. He has always honored his word and treated me fairly. I highly recommend Clint!
