I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Parts Department of Bruckner’s Truck & Equipment in Odessa, TX. Christian Puente at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. He acted like he owned the place and treated customers with zero professionalism. Instead of helping, he had an arrogant attitude and made the entire experience frustrating. When you’re in the parts department, time matters — especially for truck drivers — and the last thing anyone needs is someone acting like they don’t care. Thankfully, the young man sitting next to him was polite, respectful, and very helpful. He stepped in and did his best to assist me, which I truly appreciate. Absolutely one of the best shops for Volvo I have ever come across. Parts was open on Saturday but Service was actually closed. Still a tech and service writer got me in the shop for a fix on a bad air leak. Thanks, guys!

I called from Dallas,Tx. as I was headed en route to L.A.,Ca.. I needed to get my truck into a shop for a blower motor replacement,a DEF sensor replacement, and engine fault codes cleared and reset. I spoke with Sarita, their warranty clerk. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to verify that they could get me into the shop the very next day. Justin, the service manager, got me checked in, and my truck was soon in the shop being worked on. The mechanic, whose name I did not get, did a great job repairing everything. I was in and out that same day. Everyone was very kind and helpful. When checking your truck in, take your truck registration in so they can get all the information they need off of it. Today is November 3rd. We went to the dealership to have the alternator belt and a couple of wires for the engine fan. It's been 8 hours now, and our truck still isn't ready. This job could have been done in 2-3 hours. There's not even coffee in the waiting room. Never get your truck fixed here. Very bad service. 😤😤😤😱😱

We took our 2008 mack Chu 613 to them because it was running bad they came up with the injector was bad in number 3 hole. So they said that you have to replace all of them. When they did that they broke the injector off in the head so they had to pull the head to get it out well they charged us for that on top of everything. We finally got it back after about 3 months or so. Well that costs almost 25k. Well you would think it would be running great nope running about the same or worst. So we ended up taking it to mack in San Antonio. They came up with the same thing bad injector in hole 3. They put another injector or set in it warranty was in place for a little bit of the work but still cost us around 15k . Got it back from them ran it. Did it do better now? No still the same thing.
