I recently had an outstanding experience at Bruckner’s Mack & Volvo service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Tony, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my truck was serviced promptly and efficiently. His expertise and friendly demeanor made all the difference! Not only was the service quick, but the quality of work was exceptional. I felt confident that my truck was in good hands. Nick and his guys are always willing to help and do whatever it takes to try to get the job done. From taking the customer or driver to the hotel, seeing if they need anything and checking up on them while they’re working on their vehicles . Also giving them an update and making sure that they need anything . I got great customer service and was informed of everything and the process of what they were doing while they had my truck in the shop. Thanks Nick to your guys too.

Fast service, the service advisor Tom does his job perfectly. Replace my water pump in and out in 4 hours. Great job!

Well the initial person that talked to me was nice. Got the truck in very quick for an issue. But after that, there was no communication with me about the process. I had to keep asking what the status was. I can tell the person was getting frustrated. Honestly in the end something that could of taken maybe 2 hrs took over 4 hrs. Just glad that finally got fixed after I kept asking about it. Hopefully my truck doesn't break down in that area.

This is a great dealership. It was my first time stopping here and they treated me like their favorite customer. Much appreciated!
