Let me start by saying I’m glad the other location turned me away. Roger was my first point of contact via phone call and immediately said yes to taking us on as a walk in. Many will instantly say no guarantee but you can come and wait, or, we don’t have enough hands today. My experience with this location surprised me. I was hearing negativity and to each their own. Thankful for all involved in working on my truck. From the moment I walked in, Robert was ready to get to it in taking down my concern and collecting the history of previous work on our truck. Roger quickly went out to connect the reader to my truck shortly after. Keith was as helpful and informative as the rest including walking me to point out the drivers lounge so I would not miss it. do yourself a favor and don’t bother bringing your truck here if your owner operator. The lack of care that comes from the employees in this location including management particularly the service manager Brandon…is diabolical…I brought my truck here many times for it to just sit there for days with no resolve and no communication. My most recent visit they had my truck sitting there for four or five days and they couldn’t figure out what the problem was I picked up my truck and I had wires hanging from my engine I made this known to management and to my service advisor and not one phone call was made to me. This is just one of many times that I’ve been here where the level of service is so subpar you would think spending $200,000 on a truck that you would expect a better level of servi

I really appreciate Roger the assistance service manager for his help I bought a truck with heating a problem not again hot air in the cabin. They did work on the truck charge me almost $1840 but the truck is not fixed the explanation. I have to flush the coolant to get the heater to work when I called MK dealer they said that has nothing to do with the coolant to flush , plus on the top of that. I got damage to my truck when I left I was a black paint on my front passenger wheel.

Brain, Roger, Rob, Roberto & Keith are the most respectful, knowledgeable & professional people and I tremendously appreciate thier professional work. I've been bringing my truck to this dealership for regular maintenance and repairs, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, provided accurate estimates, and delivered the work on time & It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers.

People that work here have no idea what they are doing, just making up stories to see if they can screw you over on labor that you don’t even need, and if you call them out on their BS they just play dumb and pretend they didn’t see it or didn’t know, as a professional I expect you to know your stuff, if you don’t then hire someone who does… horrible service
