I was in need of transmission work on my 2008 Hyundai, a stressful event to start, as this is my primary vehicle and my schedule is very busy. From the moment I contacted Bruno's and explained the situation, I was impressed by the kindness, knowledge, and professionalism of everyone I interacted with. Michael was very clear in his description of the problem and what it would take to resolve it quickly and efficiently. James and Serita were also both extremely kind and helpful, guiding me through the repair process and keeping me informed the entire way.
