I called Brush Towing to have a truck towed home. Brian quickly responded and gave me a quote over the phone based on the information I provided him. Brian was professional and knew what he was doing. He put the truck where I need it to go on my property and he honored the quote he gave me on the phone. Brian is such a nice man. We were in a accident of which was not our fault we were just sitting still waiting to get on the highway when a wreck happened and we got the aftermath. Had to be towed and we got Brian. We are from out of state on vacation and had no clue where we were being towed or what we were going to do at that point. He helped us make call after call to find a rental which we were having no luck with but he didn't give up and found us one. He let me use his office to call and do all of the insurance stuff which doesn't help you until forever even though we weren't at fault. Brush towing came out in below zero weather in the worst snow conditions during the busiest time of the year for tow trucks to pull my daughter out of the snow filled ditch on a back road. The tow driver gave us good expectations of when he could arrive while he took care of other customers, stayed in contact with us, let us know when he was actually on his way, and was very calm and confident talking my daughter through what she needed to do while he pulled her car out. I am certain he had many pressures through the day taking care of all the phone calls on this blustery winter day, but he was very professional and kind taking care of us.
