Brut Auto Group

I bought this 2018 Volvo from Brut Auto Group a few weeks ago. The process was fast and friendly. They were kind and allowed me to look at the car and test drive it and go take it to a shop for a PPI. They even helped fix a small issue on the passenger seat before signing paper work. Overall almost 2000 miles later and I’m loving the car! Would highly recommend Brut Auto Group!

The guys do everything professionally. Car selection, consultation, depending on the cost, car wash and dry cleaning of the interior as a gift upon sale. Not a bad credit rate. The guys do the paperwork from start to finish. Permanent numbers came quickly - up to a month. I recommended them to my friends, they also bought a car from the guys.

I went in with what I wanted in mind, when I got there I was greeted and they proceeded to help me. I told them I’d seen the car online and was interested they instantly got me the keys and let me check it out. Overall it was a great experience no pressure sales they even helped me get my car insurance. I will definitely be going back to them for my next vehicle purchase.

Purchased 2019 Chevy Volt. They helped me to get a rebate from gov. Service and everything was great. Thanks will come back.

Pros: price for 2017 Volt was reasonable. Cons: 2 weeks after purchasing car, which had theoretically passed all inspections, took car in to Americas Tires for air pressure check and was told the back tires were basically bald. I called the dealership to see if it was an oversight and they wanted to make it right. The person on the line became defensive insisting that they never said ‘all 4 tires were replaced.’ Bottom line: exercise caution and due diligence when working with this dealership. As noted by Robin below, they will promise a lot but the reality is different.
