I asked and payed for a diagnostic on my car. However, when going to pay they handed me a paper with just codes on it and did not elaborate. After more thought I called later to ask some questions. The owner became very defensive, unprofessional, and frankly extremely disrespectful. He even stated that he “never wants me to come back” and hung up on me, while yelling when I was only trying to get answers I had already payed 100 dollars for. Mind you, I never raised my voice and maintained composure. A complete waste of my money and time. DO NOT GO HERE if you want someone who actually is decent and cares about your business.

I paid $100 for a diagnostic and was given no clear answers or explanation of what was checked. When I called with follow-up questions, the owner became defensive, yelled at me, and spoke to me in a condescending way, as if I didn’t understand anything. He then said I’d have to pay more just to be told what was wrong and hung up on me. The entire interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and made me feel talked down to rather than helped.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this business. My car had an engine knock & I had been told by another place that my "engine is shot". The professionals @ Bryan Auto Plaza correctly assessed that my car simply needed oil & performed the routine maintenance required. I'll only take my car here from now on.

Great service with friendly and flexible people. Brand new tires and alignment. No surprise charges and done exactly when they said it would be.

Owner and mechanics are extremely rude, I'm deeply disappointed. If this could be a 0 star it would be.
