Our family's VW Syncro died on a road trip a few miles outside of Redding while my wife was delivering the van up north. Bryant's has a VW guru on staff who was able to take an appointment, diagnose and address the problem within minutes - a marginal/loose connection on the ignition coil, caused by an embarrassed yours truly. I'm impressed and super thankful for the talented and welcoming staff.

Imagine this it’s 4 PM and most mechanics are closing soon, You don’t have an appointment and you’re trying to call around and get somebody to help you get a faulty automatic window rolled up because the weather says it’s going to rain tomorrow. I’m not kidding from the minute they picked up the phone, they were super helpful and understanding. They are very straightforward with the price, so there was no surprises and yet very reasonable for last minute appointment. They were able to get my window up and let me know that my motor is completely fried, Which I kind of already assumed. My husband drives his car for work so it’s not our luxurious car, but we definitely didn’t want it to get rained inside! I towed my pickup in to pay them $600 to pay to tow my vehicle out of there. Very disappointed. Charged 3 1/2 times more than a dealership would charge for a pcv valve. Did not change the running condition at all. Charged $225 for what O'Reilly's provides for free. Very disappointed with my experience.

Took a minute to find the entrance/office. But man. This shop is incredible. Looking for the entrance. I met one of the mechanics working below a SUV. Radio playing and looking like he was truly enjoying his job. He was friendly and pointed me in the right direction. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed. So I wasn't expecting to get a smog down that day still. But to my surprise. The ladies in office weren't only beautiful to look at. But beautifully nice as well. I was shocked when they called their competitors for me looking for someone that could get me in right then. They went above and beyond. Thanks ladies. I didn't mention I'm a retired ASE certified Master Auto Technician that ran my own shop in Sacramento for many years. I'm impressed with what I seen of your shop and the great

I took my truck in to get a broken leaf spring shackle fixed. My truck is rusty so they refused to work on it. No big deal, I did it myself. Now they keep texting me repeatedly asking for me to give them a rating/review. So here is my review, the shop won’t work on your vehicle unless it’s rust free or a simple fix. Then they will keep messaging you asking for reviews even if they refused to work on your vehicle. I definitely won’t be back if my truck needs more work done, and I will not recommend to friends or family
