On short notice, the team at BSI serviced the brakes all four wheels on my 07 Honda CRV. They got the parts, installed pads, rotor, etc., and had me back on the road in under two hours. The service technician was knowledgeable and explained the repair before starting. The shop is conveniently located on Carolina Beach Road, RT 421 in Myrtle Grove. Their focus is auto maintenance, i.e. oil change, fluids, lighting, state inspection and tires and the list goes on. Just ask the service advisor and see. Price is reasonable and they warranty the work. Most importantly, if you're in a hurry and looking for quality service that's dependable, give BSI a try. Best customer service hands down. From the office staff to the technicians. I met with a few tech's but I remember Corbin offering exceptional service overall. I received a inspection, oil change, engine and cabin air filter replacement with tire pressure check and fluid top off all within a reasonable amount of time with 3 cars in front of me. I will definitely be back asap. This review comes after my 1st interaction and experience. Great job to all the staff.

This place is the best! I always come here for my oil changes. Today I came right before a road trip to have them check my tire pressure, windshield wipers, and fluids. They checked and said everything looked good and did not charge me a dime! They are super fast, honest and always do a great job. I highly recommend them!
