I was very impressed with the quality of service I received for my KIA. Maria whom assisted me in customer service was very helpful. She explained in detail what the mechanic would be doing and how much it was going to cost. I will be back to have my oil changed for sure here. I recommend BST GUYS AUTO SERVICE. Straight up just got the job done!
Both managers are the very best especially Ron Brown…..the the professionalism along with quality care is above and beyond any other car maintenance place I’ve ever been to hands down. They provide excellent service/advice for all concerns in having your vehicle being in tip top shape and 100% safe before driving onto to roads. I absolutely love this place!!!! 🫡
Guys were excellent in diagnosing and assessing all the car issues. They did it with professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend them for your car service needs. If there is one negative takeaway- don’t try their complimentary coffee - this thing is really vile :)
Amazing quality of auto work and customer service. Ronnie is a super nice guy and helps explain what’s going on with your vehicle. Came in for an oil change and also got a multi point inspection and tire rotation. I’ll always come back to these guys for my auto care.
Great service. And great communication. Explained what they found after surveying my issues. Also suggested what might need to be repaired next but that it isnt soon. Not pushy like some auto shops. Very friendly customer service. Definitely will be back in the future
