I love supporting small businesses and so happy to have found this auto shop that specializes in German cars just minutes from my home. Our Mini Cooper Countryman has a German engine and needs a mechanic who knows those engines. They were able to get my car in quickly and their prices are VERY reasonable!! The have a small office / waiting area with seating and complimentary water and snacks. Kelsy was very nice and friendly helped me get everything set up for the appointment! They make it very easy to pay for services by sending a text with a link so you can pay before you get there. That way you can grab your car and go! They are open Monday through Saturday from 8-5. Shop doesn’t have any sign outside of it really, so when you see a bunch of BMWs you’re in the right place.

I used to come here because the first time I came to get a repair there was no issues at all. I came again because service was great or so I thought. I came because the BMW was leaking oil, they SUPPOSEDLY checked everything and found the leak and fix the seals that were damaged. 2 weeks later and I’m driving and it’s leaking again. They told me they missed one seal for a cap and fixed it. Now when I pick up my vehicle they clearly didn’t screw the underbody shield after fixing the vehicle making the underbody shield fall and drag as I’m driving requiring me to return for them to put the screws and bolts missing that obviously they were supposed to have put before giving me the vehicle. And now to add more issues they didn’t even consider to fill the engine oil before returning me the vehi

This place is an absolute gem and the place to take your BMW to! The prices are fair, in fact they are cheaper than other shops I took my BMW to. The owner, Brian, is extremely knowledgeable about these cars. At other places there’s always a waiting list to get work done even if it’s only supposed to take a few hours, and they rarely call you with updates, unlike BTG. Brian had my water pump and thermostat diagnosed and replaced that day. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I just wish I had only found them sooner!

I took my BMW to this business to take care of a engine coolant leak and it turned out to be a minor fix. Brian took care of it and to my surprise he didn’t want to charge me a penny for it since it was just a clamp replacement. This wasn’t a big deal to him but it sure was for me. It’s hard to find honest and decent mechanics that you can trust. Thank you so much Brian!
