I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. They scheduled us for 11, but they never took responsibility for the work. Instead of solving the problem, we only received constant excuses and a lack of communication. We wasted time waiting for a solution that never came. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for professionalism and commitment.

I had my car towed here because I needed a new fuel pump, which was supposed to only take maybe a day or two they had my car for a whole week. No communication. Get my car back on a Thursday night. Drove my car to work on Friday by Saturday my car wouldn’t start. I’m thinking it’s the battery so I bought a New battery the next day my car battery was dead again so I had another mechanic look at my car to figure out why my battery is still dying. This took about another 2 1/2 weeks and come to find out it’s the fuel pump. This shop never changed my fuel pump, but they took my money and now they’re not trying to give me my money back after not doing the work so now i’m going to the police station in the morning to file charges because at this point they stole my money

Came to get a tube replaced in my radiator. They didn't have the part but drove 15 minutes to get it for me .A plus service!

Best place in SW! Friendly, knowledgeable And fast!! You won’t regret it!
