BTR Trucks & Service

Pat at BTR Trucks & Service was excellent to work with from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. The entire experience was smooth and professional, which can be hard to find when purchasing used commercial vehicles. BTR Trucks & Service is a great company to work with if you’re in the market for quality used commercial vehicles. The owner is outstanding, and the entire team is friendly, helpful, and clearly takes pride in what they do. They are straightforward, fair, and truly care about their customers having a good experience. I can’t say enough positive things about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable vehicles and great service. You can tell they value building long-term

BTR is the best when it comes to truck repairs. We typically get out trucks back to us within in days after dropping it off. The customer service gives us updates daily. It's hard to find a quality company you can rely on. I'm glad we found this one. Thank you, ABC Party and Tent Rental

Our company has had limited need to access BTR's services but in the last three times we've experienced an exceptionally high level of honesty in our dealings. I can only offer my recommendation, if you've had less than a good experience with other truck dealers, give them a chance.

We have found BTR to be a consistently reliable vendor. Their representative, Toat, is highly responsive and ensures timely communication regarding updates, deliveries, and pick-ups. BTR demonstrates a strong sense of urgency when assessing each unit, which greatly supports our operational efficiency. Their dependable service and attention to detail make them a valued partner.
