BTS just replaced all four of my tires, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They gave me a great price over the phone—better than the quote I already had—and got me in for service quickly. The whole job took about an hour. They even let me know about a manufacturer rebate and handled all the paperwork on my behalf. Truly outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Great service. Friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Very reasonably priced. I was traveling when I got 2 flat tires in Providence. They couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I would highly recommend them for your tire needs!

I'll start by saying they had really kind customer service staff. Other than that I felt like I was being ripped off for a simple flat tire repair due to atrocious road conditions during the worst snow storm in history. I chose this business for it's convenient location near my apartment and felt like I was being taken advantage of while I was already in a vulnerable position of getting a flat tire in the middle of the night; AAA had towed my car to the shop around 3am and they did not apply my AAA discount (which they promote on their store front) and refused to correct this mistake when I picked up my car. They wanted to charge me $300+ for one tire ! Sterile, stiff, stale, and a lack of human empathy. I will never come back.

Outstanding service - reliable, reasonable, and always warm and friendly. I recommend this place to EVERYONE for all their tire needs. I have been coming here for years and they have never disappointed. Andrew was exceptionally helpful during my visit today.

Been coming to BTS since 2009, serviced 2 of my vehicles now and always friendly, always accommodating, and whenever possible always tell me when I DON'T need to repair something that isn't an immediate issue.
