Bubbles Car Wash & Detail

Paid for a full detail, wash, wax and interior. Got home and actually looked at what was done. Completely dirty still. Bug splats still all over grille and hood. Went back talked to Manager "Allen" as he called himself. Showed him everything on the vehicle. Gave me a blank stare and said your not getting a refund, the job is complete, we did our job. He actually said we were wasting his time and can go re-wash it. I asked how do you do a wax job over dirt and bugs? He then said we did the wax and repeated the job is complete, we did our job. asked for a his supervisor he smirked and said "im it, ain't going no higher" than asked for a customer service number to speak with someone. He than smirked and gave the general number to the business. Poor customer service. Never felt this scam

Big joke. Might as well drive your car to quick quack and do it yourself. When you pay almost $50 (supreme wash). You expect atleast a decent wash. Wasnt even vacuumed properly. Was not dried completely and the wheels looks like it wasnt even touched. Bring your money elsewhere. Do those wheels look like a $50 wash??

Wow! What a great job. I have a 2016 4Runner TRD Pro with 170k miles that sat for years in the Arizona Desert, then for a few years in the country here in NorCal. Parked for a long time due to having other family cars. Back when I drove it daily and took it Off-Road frequently, it only ever had the occasional gas station car wash and was honestly beat up from the years of driving trails in the Desert and Ranch use. It was absolutely covered in hard water, road grime, road salt, and years of stubborn moon-dust-like dirt. There was no shine left in the paint. Looked like a flat paint job with no clear coat. Couldn’t even see out of the windows anymore. The white paint looked like it turned yellow. I was positive it would take an entire paint correction to fix. This place knocked it out of

I took my truck to get washed yesterday, paid $79, and they left it dirty and did a terrible job. Besides taking almost an hour, they handed it back to me completely dirty.

I got an interior detail, wax, and buff. Leo was very friendly, professional, and communicative and the team did an awesome job with my vehicle. I was very impressed with the quality of service and will be returning in the future. Thank you, again! (Side note: previously was bubbles car wash, and now is Lux)
