Bubbles Express Car Wash

Wow! You would think that these guys that work here own the place. They are really good at what they do. Very courteous. People friendly. Finally signed up for the monthly car wash package. I love it, My truck has never looked this good.

I go to Bubbles all the time, and every visit reminds me why it’s my go-to car wash. The team is always friendly, gracious, and genuinely hardworking. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. I have to give a special shoutout to Kenzie, who is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. She’s always upbeat, efficient, and makes sure every car leaves looking its best. And Luke and Andrew are absolutely awesome as well: talented, professional, and incredibly proficient at what they do. Together, they make the whole experience smooth, quick, and consistently top-notch. If you want your car to shine and enjoy great service while you’re at it,Bubbles is the place to go!

I took a very dirty truck through Arab today. The first wash couldn’t clean it all. The guys gave me a free second run, as advertised, with no hassle. Checked afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Keep up the good work good work. So that was last week… Yesterday, I visited the same site before work for a quick wash. Only one gate was open at the time with 2 cars ahead of me. No big deal. While I was waiting my turn, 2 other cars arrived. After a couple of minutes, they were allowed to enter other gate and one was allowed entry before me. I’ve been waiting 10-15 min at this time. I wasn’t happy and left. If you aren’t going to give me another entry option, at least keep my lace in line. No happy!!

I always have a great experience here. Customer service is excellent, my car shines, and they have reasonable package pricing. I love that they have free days for Veterans Day and other occasions throughout the year. I once had a mishap trying to downgrade my plan online due to financial hardship, and didn't realize it would change me in the middle of a billing cycle for another package. Customer service was easy to reach and solved my issue right away. They ended up giving me the whole month at the downgraded rate. I feel like they do business the old fashioned honest way.

Braxton and Justin were so kind! And cutie patooties 😍❤️ great work, my car was beautiful and attention to detail wasn’t missed, customer service was on point! My toddler loves coming through the car wash and the guys are always so sweet with him!
