Great group of guys friendly and fair pricing
So I called to ask a question and see what they could do for me, and instead of getting a simple conversation with someone I got a very very VERY rude guy on the other end of the phone. He was short, and rude. He didn't even let me get my sentence out before cutting me off, telling me, "Well you need to wait" before putting me on hold. This place was recommended to me shockingly. But with simple customer service over the phone like that? Yeah, no thanks!!
Buccolas has great service and knowledgeable technicians, they have always got the job done right and in a timely fashion when I needed them. Thanks guys!!
"Fixed" a wiring issue by using electrical tape to splice in a new part that should have been hard wired. Totally missed and was unable to fix the multitude of issues with my vehicle.
Great service and people. Honest prices. Work done in timely fashion. Been with them for years.
